Great quality product. Like someone said : ” changed my life”. I have always had anxiety issues and recently went through a depression. Was feeling okay but then the anxiety crept back in a major way. I was contemplating going back to therapy and meds when I remembered that I had some shrooms for micro-dosing. I first got ritual a few years ago, tried it for a bit and couldn’t really say I noticed any difference, so I was skeptical. Recently I found the bottle again and figured I’d give it another shot, and this time around I definitely notice the benefits. I don’t feel particularly euphoric, but my thinking as I go about my day feels more lucid, clear, and calm and while I still get distracted by one task or another, I feel more purposeful and mentally energetic. I also notice that the days I take it, it mitigates my knee jerk or more extreme emotional reactions quite a bit and makes them more controllable, so now I make sure to microdose when I’m going into stressful situation. It’s given me clarity, and steadiness, and I’m now curious to explore more.Glad I gave it a second shot.
